Andrew Winters

Andrew is a Vice President of Genesis Park and joined the firm in 2023. Previously, Andrew worked as a Vice President at GulfStar Group, a Houston-based middle market investment bank, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising activities for privately-held middle market companies. His transaction experience spans across a variety of sectors including business services, industrial services, manufacturing, and consumer products.

Prior to GulfStar, Andrew worked at Wells Fargo as an Analyst in the Industrials Group of the Corporate and Investment Bank. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University, and was a member of the Men’s Golf Team.
