Post Oak Energy Capital and Genesis Park Announce Successful Monetization of Layne Water Midstream

HOUSTON – July 10, 2024 – Post Oak Energy Capital, LP (“Post Oak”) and Genesis Park, LLC (“Genesis Park”), through investment partnerships each company separately manages, today announced the successful sale of their interests in Layne Water Midstream (“LWM”) in an all-cash transaction.  Post Oak and Genesis Park initially invested in LWM in early 2019 and have worked closely with the LWM management team to grow LWM’s customer base and footprint in the Permian Basin throughout this time.

Nomura Greentech acted as financial advisor and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP acted as legal counsel to the sellers in connection with the transaction.
